The summer of 2022 I took my art ambitions outdoors in an attempt to capture as much beauty in nature as my paintbrush would allow. My goal was to sit outside to paint en plein air at least once per week, but I surprisingly exceeded that, completing 38 landscape and urban sketch paintings from May to September, with the majority of the pieces focused around the Toronto Harbourfront neighbourhood.
